Refunds and Returns Policy

General Information

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not send your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial returns will be granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after the delivery date


Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If yes, the refund will be processed and a credit to your credit card or original payment method will be automatically applied within a specified time frame.

Refunds Overdue or Not Made

If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card issuer, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before the refund is posted.

If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Items on Sale

Only regular priced items will be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send your item to Avenida Constituyentes 1080 (Piso 2), Lomas Altas, Miguel Hidalgo. C.P. 11950, Ciudad de México, CDMX. 


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver shipped the order to themselves for delivery to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will learn of your return.


Return Shipments

To return your product, you must send it by mail to Avenida Constituyentes 1080 (2nd Floor), Lomas Altas, Miguel Hidalgo. C.P. 11950 Mexico City, CDMX.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
